We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Personal Assistant to support the Area Managing Director, Spain in their daily operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of administrative support, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and contributing to the success of our global teams.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Maintain an overview of ongoing projects, ensuring proactive follow-up and timely completion.
- Expense Management: Track, complete, and submit monthly expense reports on behalf of the Area Managing Director.
- Procurement: Order stationery and issue purchase requests for the Area Managing Director.
- Scheduling: Schedule meetings and annual performance appraisals with department heads.
- Guest Communication: Conduct daily follow-up correspondence with guests who have checked out of the hotel.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Discretion and Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
You will need:
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365: Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in spoken and written business English and Spanish.
