Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our team at SLS Barcelona. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Food and Beverage operations by providing excellent service to guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling payments.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless food service and maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Anticipate and respond to guests' needs, providing personalized attention and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with menu offerings, promotions, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting.
