Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Industrialization and Projects Partner (H/M) to enhance our operational efficiency and project management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and facilitate interdepartmental project coordination.
- Organize and prepare collaborative events with various departments.
- Conduct factory visits and maintain effective communication.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives, documentation, and follow-up.
- Document and report changes and improvements in production and engineering as per operational requirements.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
Experience: 1-3 years in production and logistics roles.
Skills: Project management expertise, strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
Language Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced English (B2-C1).
Competencies: Strong analytical skills, teamwork, process control, customer focus, adaptability, communication, leadership, and collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with the business and internal management tools.
