Lead Allocation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Manage and distribute incoming leads and inquiries efficiently, ensuring accurate data entry into the CRM system.
- Analyze lead details to match them with the most suitable sales or support representatives based on language proficiency and other relevant criteria.
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to understand lead preferences, ensuring tailored and personalized allocations.
- Monitor lead progress, making adjustments as necessary, and provide regular updates to the Sales Manager.
- Generate reports and conduct statistical analysis to support lead management and provide insights to management upon request.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance lead allocation strategies.
- Facilitate team communication, including writing Sales Representatives meeting summaries and disseminating updates.
- Schedule weekly coaching sessions between Sales Representatives and the Sales Manager, as well as interviews.
- Update the Sales team information sheet on a monthly basis.
- Assist in the implementation of various projects, such as proposal design, card payment, and seating plans.
- Fluency in at least two languages, with a minimum C1 level in both (English and another one).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both languages.
- Proficient in data entry with exceptional attention to detail.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, Excel, and Office Packs is essential.
- Prior experience in lead management or customer service is a plus.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Permanent Spanish contract with a 3-month probationary period.
- Full-time hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
