We are seeking an Office Administration Specialist in our Madrid office. Your primary responsibilities will encompass a variety of administrative functions, including:

  • Executing general administrative duties (reception, handling phone inquiries, managing emails, organizing files, and supplier-related tasks).
  • Overseeing office maintenance to ensure a productive workspace and employee satisfaction, including management of office supplies.
  • Coordinating all IT support services.
  • Managing internal logistics, including equipment upkeep, inventory control, and supply management.
  • Providing comprehensive administrative assistance to the Management and Delivery teams.
  • Arranging travel logistics for team members.
  • Performing basic accounting responsibilities.

Skills and Attributes Required:

  • Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English are essential.
  • Strong competency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Candidates should demonstrate decisiveness and a willingness to learn.
  • An organized individual capable of multitasking and prioritizing effectively.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous.
