The Career Development Center at Reconocida Empresa is seeking an experienced Career Coach to cover a maternity leave for approximately 3 months. In this full-time role, you will provide individual Career Coaching to students in our MBA and MiM programs to support them in achieving their career management objectives.
Coaching will take place on our campus. Key qualifications include:
- Previous Career Coaching experience, either through coaching training/certification or real-life business experience
- Career Services experience in a top organization is preferred
- Experience in Executive Search is highly valued
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong active listening skills with the ability to build trust and develop relationships quickly
- Highly flexible to adapt to internal and external changes
- Self-motivated with a can-do attitude and able to work in a fast-paced demanding environment
- Empathy with a sensibility to perceive various points of view, situations, needs, and opinions of others
