About the Role

We are seeking a talented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Engineering team at Kantox. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Currency Management Automation software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Product and Development teams to clarify feature requirements and user stories before development begins.
  • Work closely with Developers to ensure requirements have adequate automated test coverage.
  • Carry out exploratory testing to uncover hard-to-find bugs not discovered by automated tests.
  • Brainstorm and communicate test ideas, identify quality risks, and help the team become better at testing.
  • Mentor other engineers on good test practices and methodologies.
  • Collaborate in expanding our test cases pool with clear and detailed instructions.
Requirements
  • Thinking outside of the box person.
  • Technical and product-oriented.
  • Oriented to detail.
  • Eager to learn, develop skills, and knowledge.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative and passionate about software quality.
  • Experienced in manual testing and willing to expand your knowledge into automation testing.
  • Capable of writing highly detailed test cases.
  • Solid experience with Test Cycles execution (Smoke, E2E, Regression).
  • Experience in one or more programming languages.
  • Experience in automation frameworks.
  • REST API testing experience.
  • Basic understanding of SQL and DB consults.
  • Familiar with version control systems.
