About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Iberia Program Manager to lead the successful delivery of our Iberia Footprint program. This program aims to increase competitiveness and future-proof our manufacturing and supply chain organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the program structure, including workstreams, communication, documentation, reporting, controls, and progress tracking.
  • Implement and utilize program control processes, procedures, and related tools, ensuring relevant personnel are trained.
  • Define and implement the program governance structure, taking the lead in reporting out to Nutreco global management and BU management.
  • Develop, implement, utilize, and track a program integrated activity schedule to ensure meeting agreed program milestones.
  • Manage the program's budget (CAPEX and OPEX) - controlling commitments, spending, and forecasts against baseline budgets, providing cost analyses as needed.
  • Invest over 170 Mio € according to the plan, adjusting timing and budgets accordingly in time.
  • Manage overall program risks and issues, lead definition of corrective actions, and monitor actions progress.
  • Manage program changes (changes to scope, organization, etc.) according to a change management process.
  • Work closely with the BU HR function, manage required changes in the BU organization as the program is delivered.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in managing business transformation programs in the manufacturing industry, preferably animal/aquafeed, food, FMCG, or fine chemicals.
  • 5+ years of experience in PMO/program management roles, managing the scope, budget, and schedule of a complex program.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing teams of subject matter experts in an international environment.
  • Minimum Bachelor level education.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and writing).
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and writing), both to local (project) teams and to senior management levels.
  • Practical, hands-on, active attitude, and interest to engage proactively with project teams.
