Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Technical Support Customer Advocate to join our team. As a Technical Support Customer Advocate, you will be responsible for providing timely and professional support to our customers, ensuring their technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact daily with customers to identify, document, and resolve technical issues
- Provide timely and reliable support via various communication channels
- Triage customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to senior support teams
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate and timely solutions to customers
- Perform daily administrative tasks, such as processing refunds and revocation requests
- Assist in the development and implementation of support processes and procedures
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in a technical support role, preferably in an IT help desk or call center environment
- College diploma or relevant background in a technical field
- General knowledge of enterprise security and digital security solutions
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Microsoft and/or Linux-based operating systems
- Knowledge of web servers, application servers, and networking protocols
- Experience with virtualization software, such as VMWare ESX server
- Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or RemedyForce
- CompTIA Network+ or related certification
