Job Summary

Granada Rehabilitation & Wellness Center, Lp is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Rehabilitation to lead our rehabilitation department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rehabilitation management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Departmental Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight to the rehabilitation department, ensuring alignment with the center's mission and goals.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a team of skilled therapists, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the rehabilitation department, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with hospital staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and referrals.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, sharing knowledge and expertise with the team to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, rehabilitation counseling) or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in rehabilitation management, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams.
  • Licensure/Certification: Current licensure or certification in a relevant field (e.g., occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech-language pathology).
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of professionals.
