Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Premium Support Specialist to join our rapidly growing Premium Support team. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert assistance to our customers, ensuring they achieve their business goals with our planning and reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide qualified functional and technical assistance for existing customer Board planning and reporting solutions.
  • Support customers in using our Financial Consolidation applications to meet their business needs.
  • Participate in knowledge transfer processes between delivery and maintenance teams to ensure seamless support.
  • Articulate technical details on how Board functionality can be used to meet customer requirements and resolve business problems.
  • Identify areas for improvement in existing applications and collaborate with the Board Product team to implement changes.
  • Assist Senior Specialists in meetings to provide insights on new features and functionality introduced in the Board Platform.
  • Provide reactive support for existing customers, addressing questions and issues in their existing applications.

Requirements

  • Education in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Mathematics, or a relevant technical field.
  • Previous experience in EPM/CPM software support, delivery, or consulting.
  • Good understanding of financial processes, including Financial Consolidation and Lease Reporting.
  • Experience with multi-dimensional or OLAP technology is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SQL is advantageous.
  • Excellent de-escalation skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and reverse engineering capabilities.
