About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Specialist to join our team at Colt Technology Services. As a key member of our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) team, you will play a crucial role in driving our sustainability strategy and vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop additional ESG workstreams to drive forward our decarbonisation strategy
  • Work with ESG Data Analyst and external consultants to develop metrics and dashboards providing meaningful insights
  • Align with Operations and Energy teams to strengthen ESG understanding and drive Scope 1 & 2 decarbonisation strategy
  • Partner with Ops & Engineering and Energy teams to drive renewable energy transition and energy efficiency activity
  • Communicate with internal colleagues on progress against Carbon Roadmaps and decarbonisation Strategy
  • Provide advice and support to colleagues on sustainability matters and recommend policies to embed sustainability across the business
  • Partner with external bodies to strengthen our approach and find mutually beneficial sustainability solutions
  • Stay abreast of industry changes and best practice approaches to energy transition and energy efficiency
Requirements
  • Prior working experience in sustainability or energy field
  • Clear understanding of decarbonisation activities to drive change
  • Excellent communication skills and English business level
  • Collaborative approach to complex sustainability solutions
  • Strong understanding of sustainability landscape with ability to explain to various stakeholder levels
  • Prior experience researching and writing reports and briefing notes accessible to a wide audience
  • Leadership of workstreams across a global organisation
  • Excellent organisational skills
