About the Role

Meliá Hotels International S.A. (Meliá) is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Front Office Agent to join our team. As a Front Office Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process
  • Provide personalized service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Collaborate with the front office team to ensure that all guest requests are met and that the hotel is running smoothly
