**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead the development of new products and systems, including project planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality to ensure seamless product development.
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to drive innovation and improve product performance.
  • Manage technical resources, including engineers, technicians, and contractors, to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Coordinate with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and technical reports.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

**Requirements**

  • Master's degree in Electronics, Telecommunication Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product development, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong technical background in electronics development, including hardware, software, and mechanical design.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Planning, Gantt, and similar tools.
  • Experience with laboratory instrumentation and test setups, as well as knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes.
