Missions et responsabilités :
- Répondre aux appels et aux demandes de nos clients français.
- Assurer un premier niveau d'assistance sur le plan technique.
- Organiser des rendez-vous avec nos techniciens pour résoudre les problèmes techniques de nos clients.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec nos différents services.
- Écouter les besoins des clients et leur offrir la meilleure solution possible.
Compétences requises :
- Parler le français à un niveau natif, à la fois à l'oral et à l'écrit.
- Parler l'anglais ou l'espagnol à un niveau professionnel, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
- Avoir de l'expérience dans un domaine lié au service à la clientèle.
- Avoir une bonne élocution ainsi qu'une bonne écoute active.
- Être flexible et aimer relever les défis.
- Être à l'aise avec les outils informatiques.
