Senior Regional Financial Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Regional Controlling Associate to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to our business partners across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Review and analyze financial statements, including balance sheet forecasts, general ledger account reconciliations, and quality of earnings analysis.
- Develop in-depth financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
- Provide support to countries and markets within the region to ensure effective financial controls and processes.
- Act as a business partner for Global Travel Retail BU, providing advice on accounting implications and ensuring strong control processes.
- Participate in the development of training and communication materials, including conducting training sessions.
- Support regional and corporate projects as required.
- At least 8-12 years of finance experience.
- Audit experience in Big 4 is a significant advantage.
- University degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, or equivalent.
- Broad practical experience in financial management.
- Presentation experience, including preparation and delivery.
- Strong analytical skills to provide business insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in an international environment.
- Business fluent in English.
- SAP R3 FI, BW/EDW experience.
- Ability to work independently under pressure, comfortable with a fast-paced, change environment.
