Rejoignez notre équipe dynamique en tant que Category Manager pour les biens de consommation, supervisant le marché portugais et soutenant le marché espagnol. Basé à Madrid, vous serez en charge de veiller à ce que nos hôtels bénéficient de la meilleure qualité et des meilleures conditions d'achat pour les produits alimentaires et les boissons, tout en soutenant la mise en œuvre de stratégies d'approvisionnement dans différentes catégories.

**Mission**

  • Gérer les stratégies d'achat et d'approvisionnement pour les catégories de produits alimentaires et de boissons sur le marché ibérique.
  • Établir et maintenir des relations avec les fournisseurs pour obtenir les meilleures conditions en termes de qualité et de prix.
  • Travailler en collaboration avec nos équipes internationales et les partenaires locaux pour aligner les stratégies globales/européennes avec les besoins régionaux.
  • Piloter la mise en œuvre des accords internationaux tout en veillant à l'adaptabilité locale.
  • Analyser les tendances du marché et les besoins des clients pour élaborer des stratégies d'approvisionnement efficaces.

**Compétences requises**

  • Master en commerce ou en achats.
  • Expérience dans l'approvisionnement, idéalement dans les produits frais.
  • Maitrise de l'anglais et du portugais.
  • Solides compétences analytiques et capacité à s'adapter à un environnement en constante évolution.
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et à la négociation, avec une expérience de la gestion des relations avec les fournisseurs.
  • Familiarité avec différents outils numériques (plateformes de commande, SharePoint, PowerBi).
  • Excellentes compétences en MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, etc.).
