We are a leading provider of specialized talent to the technology industry, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled Director of Quality to join our team.
**Job Summary**
The Director of Quality will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our Quality Management System (QMS) from scratch. This is a unique opportunity to shape the organizational culture and ensure that quality becomes an integral part of our operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a QMS compliant with AS9100 Rev. D and other relevant standards.
- Build expertise in military and space standards, as well as JEDEC standards.
- Lead internal and external audit activities for our standards and those of suppliers and customers.
- Prepare reports and documentation required by aerospace regulatory agencies.
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in Quality System Management implementation in AS9100.
- Strong electronics (PCB & MIL-STD) and aerospace backgrounds.
- Eligibility to work and travel in the EU.
- Experience with military and space customers.
- Strong team player with the ability to work across the organization.
- Proficiency in English; basic Spanish skills.
