At Hays, we are seeking aSi cree que es el candidato ideal para la siguiente oportunidad, envíe su solicitud después de leer la descripción completa.Head of Accountingfor a unique opportunity to combineproject leadershipwithoperational managementin a dynamic international environment.About the RoleYou will be responsible for two key missions:Set up accounting operations in Bilbao for multiple European entities.Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring high-quality financial reporting under IFRS and local GAAP.You will report to theFinance Directorand work closely with senior stakeholders across multiple countries.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the migration of accounting activities and build a high-performing team.Manage all accounting operations: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, fixed assets, bank accounts.Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under IFRS and local GAAP.Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.Act as the main point of contact for external and internal auditors.Drive process improvements and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across the Group.What We’re Looking ForQualified accountant equivalent or in France DESCF/DECProven experience inaccounting transferorShared Service Center setup .Strong background in statutory reporting under IFRS and local GAAP (French GAAP is a must).Previous leadership experience managing accounting teams.Experience in manufacturing and complex business environments.Proficiency inSAPand advanced Excel; knowledge of reporting tools is a plus.Fluent inEnglish and French(written and spoken).Skills & AttributesStrategic thinker with hands-on approach.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to lead, coach, and develop talent.Resilient, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.Why Apply?Be part of a global organization driving innovation and transformation.Lead a high-impact project with visibility across the group.Competitive salary and benefits package.Interested? xsgfvud Apply now and take the lead in shaping the future of finance operations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
