Let’s get in touch What you'll be doingProviding compliance domain expertise to 1LoD and offering solutions to compliance problem statementsActing as an effective stakeholder between 1LoD and 2LoD compliance teamsSteering retail products through the complex regulatory landscapeEnsuring every product launch is smooth, compliant, and ahead of the curveIdentifying potential compliance risks in our retail offeringsCreating innovative strategies to stay one step ahead of regulatory challengesCollaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deploy cutting-edge compliance policies that meet legal requirements and drive business growthEmpowering product teams with the knowledge xsgfvud and tools they need, making compliance a seamless part of the innovation processServing as the go-to expert and liaison with regulatory bodies, ensuring our products shine in auditsWhat you'll needA minimum of 8 years’ experience in regulatory complianceExperience in a top-tier bank, strategy consultancy, or fast-growing technology companyAn excellent understanding of how compliance risk and business risk interactHighly adaptable skills to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environmentThe ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines
