We develop the strategic, technical, and human capabilities that take companies from vision to value and create truly data-driven organizations.We are looking for a new member of our hyper-growing teams based in Madrid (ES).As a BI Consultant, you use your data and visualization skills and business mindset to analyze the functional and technical needs, design, test, optimize, and deploy.You participate in interesting projects and you make a difference every day.You will work with the business in understanding their evolving requirements and with IT to deliver practical but innovative solutions of real business benefit.You are a self-starter with a good knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools and approaches. You also have the personal skills, creativity, and drive to build your own prototype solutions and to provide training and guidance to team members and partners.What You Will Be Doing:Design and create data visualizations (reports and dashboards) as required to support business needs.Define, design, and develop complex/nested SQL queries or extracts for dashboards.Establish standards and best practices for dashboards and related technologies for the project.Manage dashboard repository and optimize content.Develop regular and ad-hoc analysis methods and reports.Deploy Business Intelligence solutions.Successfully complete all assigned custom production jobs on time and according to project requirements.Ensure both internal and external customer satisfaction, with a successful product delivery.Demonstrate your skill and aptitude regarding custom product team processes (i.e., merge/purge, geo spatial, file conversion, file clean up, template creation, data appends, suppressions, key coding, data/file manipulation, etc.).Demonstrate technical proficiency in various vendor applications.Train customer and team members.Qualifications & Competences:1 to 5 years of experience in the BI sector.Degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.Ability to master new tools quickly.Demonstrates a high level of organization and strong attention to detail.Ability to work independently and proactively.Solves problems by gathering information, evaluating options, and recommending solutions.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong passion for data and technology.Able to work under pressure and in complex organizations.Excellent Spanish is required.Good English is a must.2+ years' experience with any Analytics and Data Visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlikview).1+ years' experience with any ETL tool (Tableau Prep, Knime, SSIS, Talend, Pentaho, Business Objects, Alteryx, Power Query, DAX/M).SQL knowledge and experience working with databases and programming languages is preferred.System Engineering knowledge is a plus.What do we offer:Semi-annual bonus on target achievement.Remote or Hybrid work.Wellness days.Friendly and challenging working environment.Lifelong learning mindset with budget for certifications, training, and personal development. xsgfvud Be protagonist of disruptive tech events in collaboration with several tech communities, scaleups, Universities, and Bootcamps.#J-18808-Ljbffr
