Por favor, lea la descripción al menos una vez antes de hacer clic en "Solicitar".Account Manager dedicated to the Balkan market.Important (Mandatory Requirements)Residence in: RemoteLanguages: Mandatory languages English and Serbian/CroatianExperience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the iGaming industryImmediate availabilityResponsibilities:Communicating with customers in the post-sale processUpselling and promoting new productsDrive cross-sell, upsell and expansion opportunities within dedicated territoryPromoting existing product by improving positioningEnsuring that existing and new products are promoted in an efficient wayDeveloping and maintaining long term relationship with customersWorking closely with sales and marketing manager to ensure efficient communication and collaborationIdentify opportunities to improve the customer experienceRequirements:Strong technical acumen with the ability to link it to business valueProven and consistent track record of sales performance and knowledgeAnalytical, structured, highly driven and solution-oriented mindsetExcellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to build and maintain strategic relationshipsStrong analytical skillsGood financial knowledgeExcellent negotiation skillsAbility to drive and coordinate projects independentlyAdaptability xsgfvud to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environmentWillingness and ability to travel when requiredWillingness and ability to travelContract & Work Conditions:Contract type: Full-time, Monday to FridayEmployment type: Employee or outsourced service provider (both options considered)Work location: RemoteExpected start date: 01/02/2026Benefits:A collaborative and dynamic working environmentOpportunities for learning and professional growth in an innovative companyFlexible working hoursCompany events
