Job DescriptionRevise detenidamente toda la documentación de la solicitud antes de hacer clic en el botón de solicitar al final de esta descripción.BAS Global - Application development, maintenance and managementProvide support for applications, implement application (construct and configure), deploy changes and do troubleshootingInnovate and proactively work to develop and support business applications to ensure it best meets business needs.Translate business need into technical specification and work with supplier to translate business requirements into a viable software solutionInteracts and engages frequently with business to ensure that the solution meets the agreed business requirements and maintain active contact with business to ensure that the system in place is working appropriately from a functionality perspectiveApply knowledge of systems to determine feasibility of projectsExpand the solution to other business systems/business need.Configure and guide development of a variety of business applicationsParticipate or lead process initiativesProvide guidance, develop and deliver trainingBuild long-term relationships with business partners and collaborate with geographically distributed teamsSupport the Application Engineers in translating the functional design into a technical designDefine and monitor targets for the Application Engineers, Support and coach the Application EngineersBAS Global - Application development, maintenance and managementCollects business requirements at key users, local owners and business process owners, if applicable in cooperation with Application Engineers for translating the functional design into technical designShare best practices over Opco’sDescribe and organize setup of applicationsBAS Local - Management advice/reportsReports Service Level Management data/KPIs regarding assigned application(s)BAS Global - Governance of projects in a functional areaInvestigate all requirements in a functional area and translate the requirements into process and/or application projectsSupport the Process Information Manager/Manager Enterprise Solution Architecture and/or Process Owner in approving and prioritizing the projectsFunction as Local Unite Owner and is BU responsible for changes due to Nutreco Unite Projects and communication to key users involving the assigned process applications in the BU/Opco.Defines change requests in close operation with Key Users and Functional Owner and communicates/coordinates requests with Competence Center. xsgfvud Program management /Change managementDefine project charters or change documents for all changes and projectsStaff projects and manage / steer project managementMonitor projects on planning, budget and deliverables and report thisExecute the formal closing of projects, incl. evaluation against planning, budget and deliverablesAnalyzes changes, defines change plans per change, implement changes and execute the formal closing of changesApplication supportDefine and manage SLA’s with suppliers for local applications, organize support structures for global applications in close cooperation with the Global IT Services organizationOrganize key-user structurePerform release and capacity management#J-18808-Ljbffr
