You will engage with customers to understand their unique challenges and demonstrate how Denodo's data virtualization platform can meet and exceed their needs.The selected candidate will work closely with experienced Sales, Marketing and Product Management personnel and will be supported by a strong technical team in a fast‑paced growing startup environment, gaining exposure to worldwide clients across all industries and an exciting growth path as part of a global team.Job Responsibilities & DutiesApply high technical expertise, client communication, and coordination skills to enable customer success and product adoption.Maintain strong knowledge of the Denodo Platform, its key features, services, differentiation and competitive positioning.Address most technical questions about customization, integration, enterprise architecture, and platform functionality.Lead the development and delivery of compelling product demonstrations and tailored proof‑of‑concepts (POCs).Provide timely, prioritized feedback to Product Management, Sales, Support, and Development on customer requirements and issues.Train and engage customers in platform architecture, configuration, and use.Escalate issues within the technical organization and leverage available resources.Present software solutions to prospects at all levels, from IT managers to C‑level executives.Lead the completion of RFIs and RFPs.Manage client expectations, build credibility, and partner with colleagues to solve problems.Co‑create product and solution demos and PoCs with cross‑functional teams based on market feedback.Offer technical support to the sales team, conduct training and briefings as needed.Document and track all activity through CRM and internal wiki, including lead data, activity reports, tasks, architectures, challenges, etc.Desired Skills & ExperienceBS or higher degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.5+ years in a Sales/Solution Engineer, Systems Engineer, Consultant, or Enterprise Architect role, preferably in data management or analytics software.Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with both technical and business stakeholders.Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture best practices and frameworks is a plus.Proactive, can‑do attitude.Hands‑On Technical ExpertiseSolid understanding of SQL, relational and analytical database theory, and optimization of complex queries.Knowledge of data integration flavors (ETL/Data Warehousing, ESB/Messaging, DV) and Big data, NoSQL, in‑memory, MPP environments.Technical skills in JDBC/ODBC, XML, JSON, REST APIs, Java development, version control systems, and software development & architectural patterns.Ability to travel up to 10% to domestic client sites.Optional: experience leveraging employee advocacy and social media for networking and thought leadership. xsgfvud Denodo is an equal‑opportunity employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
