Together, the brands offer a full range of services including yacht sales, charter holidays, yacht management, and owner services, serving a large international customer base of both first‑time and repeat clients.As part of our ongoing digital transformation and growth strategy, we are strengthening our Marketing and Communications organization with a key role focused on CRM excellence, data quality, and performance‑driven insights.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced CRM and Data Manager to maximize the value of our recently deployed CRM platform, HubSpot, across both the Yacht Sales division and the Charter Holidays division.This role is central to KPI reporting, utilizing automation to improve conversion rates, increase customer retention and repetition, and enable data‑driven decision making. The CRM and Data Manager will act as a functional expert for HubSpot, a guardian of data quality and digital tracking, and a key bridge between Marketing, Sales, IT, and external CRM specialists.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and continuously improve the usage of HubSpot across Yacht Sales and Charter HolidaysRefine and enforce CRM best practices for sales teams and marketing teams to improve lead qualification, follow‑up, conversion rates, and customer lifecycle managementDrive CRM initiatives aimed at increasing engagement to drive repeat business and reactivation of past clientsSupport sales teams in adopting CRM best practices, pipeline management, marketing automation, and KPI reportingEnsure all digital tracking is properly implemented and maintained across websites, campaigns, and digital toolsManage and optimize tracking through tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) and related tag management solutionsGuarantee the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data flowing into HubSpot and connected analytics platformsPerform data mining and customer profiling exercises to better understand user behavior, segmentation, and lifecycle patternsAnalyze granular datasets to identify trends, performance drivers, and optimization opportunitiesProduce regular performance reporting including weekly reports and executive summariesDesign, build, and maintain visual dashboards using HubSpot reporting dashboards, Power BI, or similar business intelligence toolsMonitor and report on key KPIs related to acquisition, conversion, retention, and customer valueEnsure reporting outputs are consistent, reliable, and aligned with business objectivesAct as the primary liaison between internal IT teams and external CRM specialized agenciesCoordinate and oversee CRM related IT projects, enhancements, and integrationsTranslate business needs into functional CRM, tracking, and data requirementsEnsure timely delivery, quality, and adoption of CRM related developmentsRequirements and QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience as a CRM Manager or in a similar CRM and data focused roleStrong technical and functional expertise in HubSpot, with deep understanding of both marketing and sales functionalitiesAt least 5 years of hands on experience using HubSpot in a professional environmentProven experience with Google Analytics (GA4), digital tracking, and CRM data integrationsStrong experience with Power BI or equivalent data visualization and reporting toolsAbility to analyze granular data and extract strategic, business relevant conclusionsStrong ability to create clear and impactful data visualizations for senior managementSolid project management and stakeholder coordination skillsAbility to work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales, IT, and external partnersInternational ExperienceEnglish fluent (Level C1 min.)What We OfferThe opportunity to represent two of the world’s most recognized yachting brands.A truly international environment: you can work from our offices in Barcelona, Athens or Zagreb + remotely in hybrid mode.A dynamic, international team environment with high autonomy and creativity.Global travel and access to unique yachting experiences. xsgfvud Competitive compensation package aligned with experience.Apply Now#J-18808-Ljbffr
