The main focus of this assignment is the 2025 year-end closing. After the closing is completed, the role will continue on a part-time basis (2 days per week), with a clear opportunity to grow into a full-time CFO role over time. Scope of the Assignment The engagement starts as a handson accounting assignment and is designed to evolve into a broader finance leadership role as the company grows. Key responsibilities: Preparation and completion of the 2025 year-end closing (Spain) Day-to-day bookkeeping under Spanish accounting standards VAT (IVA) and tax filings Monthly reconciliations and reporting Coordination with Spanish accountants, tax advisors, and auditors Financial reporting and support to management Gradual involvement in financial planning, cash flow, and strategic finance Profile We are looking for someone who: Has strong experience in year-end closings and accounting Is familiar with Spanish accounting, IVA, and local compliance Is hands-on, structured, and xsgfvud business-minded Is available on-site in Marbella Is fluent in English and Spanish Is interested in growing into a full-time CFO role What We Offer Clear initial focus: 2025 year closing Part-time engagement (2 days/week) after closing Defined path toward a full-time CFO position Long-term collaboration in a stable company Location: Marbella, Spain (on-site)
