Our platform, Avigilon Alta Video, is a cloud‑native video security platform that combines Alta Aware (cloud VMS), Avigilon Ava cameras and Alta Cloud Connectors to bring full AI video analytics and operational insights to existing cameras and systems.Job DescriptionPosition Overview: We are seeking a Video Alta Specialist for our South Europe region, based in Spain. The Specialist will support our Motorola Solutions Enterprise South Europe field sales teams to close Avigilon Alta Video sales across channel partners and end‑user customers. Responsibilities include supporting partnerships with Security Integrators, meeting sales targets, coordinating cross‑functional resources, driving adoption of company programs, collaborating on go‑to‑market programs, and participating in tradeshows. The role is remote with territory‑based responsibilities and requires travel.ResponsibilitiesSupports the local sales reps with all Alta Video opportunities.Prospects, qualifies, and develops new customer relationships both within partner and end‑user communities.Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in the assigned region.Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including sales, pre‑sales, tech support, training, and management resources, in order to meet channel performance objectives and customer expectations.Drives adoption of company programs among assigned region customers.Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering Leadership to identify, build, and execute go‑to‑market programs and solutions to meet customer needs within region and vertical markets.Participates in tradeshows.Requires travel.QualificationsMinimum 5 years of channel sales experience in a B2B technology/physical security sales environment with a track record of success.Proven track‑record in territory management, prospecting, negotiation, presentation, client relationships, and a self‑starter attitude.Proficient knowledge of cloud‑based video security, VMS, and/or building automation products.Experience selling enterprise solutions.Effective understanding of the Overlay culture and environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Fluent English.Independent hunter and entrepreneur.University degree required.Valid driver’s licence with a clean record.Must pass a background check.Travel RequirementsOver 50% travel.EEO StatementMotorola Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer. xsgfvud All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion or belief, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status or any other legally protected characteristic.Job DetailsSeniority level: Mid‑Senior levelEmployment type: Full‑timeJob function: Marketing, Public Relations, and Writing/EditingIndustry: TelecommunicationsCompanyMotorola Solutions España, S.A.#J-18808-Ljbffr
