Please note an external partner will manage the recruitment process.ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Process Mining Execution : Lead the full lifecycle of process mining initiatives using Celonis from data extraction and transformation to dashboard creation and insight generation. Apply object-centric process mining to unify views across systemsData Modelling and KPI Definition: Build and maintain data models in Celonis, integrating data from SAP and other systems. Define and monitor KPIs and processes in Celonis solutions such as AR, AP, Order to Cash, Inventory Management, Supply Chain, as well as others that could be developed ad hoc.Workflow Automation and Alerts:Design and implement automated workflows and alerts within Celonis to support operational teams in proactive decision-making (e.g., dunning processes, exception handling).Stakeholder Engagement and Workshops : Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to define objectives, align on KPIs, and prioritise improvement initiatives.
