Job Title: Administrative Data Entry SpecialistDuration: 5 or 6 months initially, then possible switch to permanentWorkload: Full-time hoursSetup: Autonomo (Freelance)Location: Barcelona, Spain (Some onsite days required for initial contract)We're open to graduates or juniors for this roleOverview:We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support administrative tasks, document creation, and data entry while working with a leading SaaS travel management platform.Key Responsibilities:Perform accurate data entry and maintain organised records.Create and manage documents to support operational workflows.Work within a SaaS environment to ensure smooth travel-related processes.Collaborate with internal teams to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.Must-Have Skills:Exceptional administrative and organisational skills.Proficiency in English (written and spoken).Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Nice-to-Have:Familiarity with SaaS platforms (experience with travel management tools is a plus).Previous experience in remote freelance setups. xsgfvud Basic understanding of travel industry processes.
