Join us to make a direct impact on millions of lives.ResponsibilitiesDrive new business and increase penetration in existing accounts.Achieve regional sales plan through leadership, coaching, and strategic account planning.Define and monitor regional KPIs (sales growth, market share, tender performance, profitability).Demonstrate outstanding product knowledge and understanding of clinical data, competitive products, and industry trends.Support the team in developing new business opportunities and expanding account coverage.Apply strategic and commercial acumen to optimize regional performance and drive growth initiatives.Conduct joint field visits with Account Managers to support strategic customer relationships and team development.Collaborate with Cordis leadership, cross‑functional teams, and field‑based counterparts.Coordinate with Marketing, Market Access, and Supply Chain to ensure tender readiness, inventory optimization, and efficient execution.Provide accurate sales forecasts and business reports to senior leadership, ensuring data integrity.Identify training needs, coach, and develop team members for commercial excellence.Ensure all direct reports comply with Cordis policies, quality procedures, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.Provide customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and industry learning through appropriate channels.QualificationsEducation / Training and ExperienceMinimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or related field.Minimum 5 years of medical device sales experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of driving growth, developing teams, and managing complex accounts or tenders.Required Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesFluency in English and local language.Strong leadership and people management skills.Excellent negotiation and influencing capabilities.Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving ability.Solid understanding of healthcare systems, procurement processes, and tender management.Effective communication and presentation skills.High ethical standards and customer‑centric approach.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.Cordis is a proud equal opportunity employer committed to providing equal opportunity for all teammates and applicants. xsgfvud We celebrate diversity and inclusion in all dimensions and believe it is everyone's responsibility.#J-18808-Ljbffr
