Strategy, Revenue & Core CollabsShape and execute the company’s marketing strategy aligned with business goals.Use quantitative analysis to model growth scenarios, forecast impact, and rapidly reallocate resources toward the levers that maximize conversion and revenue.Own and optimize MQL-to-SQL conversion by identifying the highest-performing lead sources and channels.Collaborate closely with Sales teams (Solutions and Success) to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives, support pipeline growth, and drive revenue impact.2. Data, Analytics & OptimizationBuild and maintain dashboards that expose channel, funnel, and campaign performance with absolute clarity.Work with Tech/Development to define requirements for dashboards, reporting, attribution models, and marketing tools (ownership of insights, not technical implementation).Audit and optimize data pipelines and tracking mechanisms to ensure accurate attribution and scalable decision-making.3. Brand, Positioning & Audience StrategyBuild and evolve the brand by defining the value proposition and translating it into clear, differentiated messaging.Define, document, and continuously refine buyer personas based on data, customer insights, and market signals.Design and execute Account-Based Marketing strategies targeting high-value accounts in close alignment with Sales.Own and scale the social media strategy across priority channels to drive brand awareness and demand.Define and guide the strategic approach to industry event participation, selecting high-impact events, setting clear objectives and key messages, coordinating cross-functionally to maximize visibility and lead generation, and measuring results to refine future participation.Skill-set requiredAt least 7 to 10 years of progressive marketing experience, ideally in high-growth or data-intensive environments, with a proven track record shaping and executing full funnel strategies.Strong working experience with HubSpot, including automation, attribution, CRM hygiene, and reporting, plus the ability to integrate and optimize data flows across tools.Demonstrated ability to manage and challenge external agencies, ensuring output quality, cost discipline, and alignment with performance objectives.Strong results-oriented mindset with demonstrated ownership of performance against measurable KPIs.Application of AI-based tools to optimize processes and outcomesGeneral RequirementsExcellent English and communication skills (daily interaction in English involved)Spanish-English bilingual idealPrevious experience in financial services and/or SaaS is highly desirablePassion for learning, sharing, and working with other people6 hours overlap with CET - while hours are flexible, you should generally be available most of the time, daily between 10-18, Central European timeSelf-motivated and self-disciplined to work remotelyWhy Vendo?100% remote - you will work from your own home or office, wherever you are23 paid vacation daysFree day on your birthdayAnnual company retreatCompany MacbookLong-standing, amazing work cultureThe personal data provided in your application and during the recruitment process will be processed by Vendo Services GmbH and Servicios Técnicos Empresariales Olympus SL, both acting as Data Controllers.By sending us your CV, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of evaluation and selection as a candidate for the position.
