Desde Paul Marlex, colaboramos con una empresa tecnológica referente, ubicada en el área metropolitana de Barcelona (zona Vallès), que se encuentra en un momento de crecimiento y transformación organizativa.Descubra exactamente qué habilidades, experiencia y cualificaciones necesitará para tener éxito en este puesto antes de enviar su solicitud a continuación.Para reforzar su área de Personas, buscamos incorporar un/a People Strategy & Analytics.¿Cuál será tu misión en la empresa?Diseñar, liderar y consolidar el modelo de People Analytics, definiendo KPIs clave de RRHH y transformando los datos en insights accionables para la toma de decisiones estratégicas.Tendrás un papel clave en la evolución del modelo de evaluación del desempeño, el análisis de resultados y el acompañamiento a managers.Además, impulsarás planes de desarrollo y formación basados en datos, identificando talento y potencial, y participando en proyectos de transformación organizativa. ¿Qué necesitamos de ti?Experiencia de 3–5 años en roles de RRHH con fuerte orientación analítica.Experiencia en People Analytics, evaluación del desempeño, desarrollo y formación.Visión estratégica, orientación a datos y capacidad de influencia.Manejo de herramientas de RRHH, Excel avanzado y herramientas de visualización de datos.Formación en Psicología, RRLL, ADE, Data Analytics o similar.¿Qué te podemos ofrecer?Horario flexible y jornada intensiva los viernes y en verano.Modelo híbrido con posibilidad de teletrabajar 2 días a la semana.Planes de formación y desarrollo profesional.Retribución flexible. xsgfvud Excelente ambiente de trabajo y proyectos con impacto real.
