We have just opened our third atelier in Mallorca. It is a living space where craftsmanship, creativity and sharing come together through a boutique, pop‑up events and creative workshops.Boutique & Pop‑Up Development ManagerYour missionWorking closely with the creative and strategic direction, you will be responsible for developing the boutique and atelier activities, increasing local visibility and turning it into a must‑visit place for our community.Boutique Management & DevelopmentEnsure the daily management of the boutique: customer experience, opening/closing, sales and organization.Develop a sales strategy aligned with the no74 brand identity.Analyze performance, monitor KPIs, optimise sales and profitability.Design and implement inspiring and evolving visual merchandising.Team ManagementLead, train and motivate the boutique and workshop teams.Foster a positive, creative and results‑oriented team spirit.Organise schedules, allocate responsibilities and supervise operations.Pop‑Up Stores & WorkshopsDesign and coordinate pop‑up events and creative workshops.Create engaging experiences aligned with the brand universe.Manage logistics and planning.Local Development & VisibilityDevelop a local communication and brand awareness strategy.Identify and activate creative levers to attract local and international clients.Build partnerships with cultural actors, artisans, schools, hotels, etc.Deploy local marketing actions: collaborations, events, content and targeted campaigns.Contribution to no74 Global ProjectsContribute to the overall strategic development of the brand.Bring field insights to enrich creative, commercial and communication projects.Act as the brand ambassador of no74 in Mallorca.ProfileProven experience in boutique management / retail, team leadership or concept development.Strong creative sensibility, refined aesthetic taste and attention to detail.Excellent organisational, coordination and project management skills.Inspiring leadership, initiative and ability to grow a team.Strong communication skills and interest in local dynamics.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, artisanal and artistic environment.Spanish and English required; Catalan or French is a plus.What we offerWorking at the heart of a unique creative atelier in Mallorca.Being part of a meaningful human and artistic adventure.An environment that values autonomy, initiative and creativity.A unique opportunity to actively contribute to the development of a vibrant and inspiring place. xsgfvud How to apply?Send your CV and a short introduction message toApplication – Boutique Development Manager Mallorca#J-18808-Ljbffr
