We are committed to equal employment opportunities that foster an inclusive environment.As aGlobal Medical Affairs Manager , the main purpose of your role will be to build partnerships with external healthcare professionals and with internal stakeholders, to communicate evidence based critical scientific, technical and development information relating to Grifols biopharma products and therapeutic areas.What your responsibilities will beExecute Global Medical Affairs PlanExecutes and participates in the development of global medical affairs plans, guided by senior colleague.KOL EngagementBuild and maintain relationships with relevant key opinion leaders globally.Provide subject matter expertise and Insights in therapeutic areaResponsible for knowledge management in his/her respective area, acting as a subject matter expert, participating in internal education, preparing medical content and writing summaries when needed.Gathers insights on topics that can inform and contribute to medical strategy and innovation, including insights from KOLs, congresses, competitor information, etc.Attends relevant international congresses in the area of responsibility. Coordinates congress planning, organizes F2F KOL meetings, and prepares congress reports. Contributes to presentations to internal stakeholders.Collaborates in the execution of advisory boards or expert meetings.Disseminate data to medical community and other key stakeholdersCollaborates in the execution of international scientific events such as symposia, webinars or standalone meetings.Supports Medical Information department on the review of standard response documents (SRD) for external customers.Contributes to scientific publications generated from Grifols MA projects or studies (including abstract writing or revision of manuscripts).Reviews the accuracy of medical content in global marketing materials. Medical function in the sign off process of promotional materials.Support Medical Affairs research programs such as global ISRs, RWE, NIS, Scientific Awards and research grants, following internal processes, guided by senior colleagues.Provide medical expertise and scientific input to cross‑functional partnersCollaborates with cross functional teams within the Scientific Innovation Office (SIO).Support commercial activities with subject matter expertise. Provide medical input in the development of value dossiers or other materials requested for reimbursement/market access support.Attend periodic cross-functional team meetings on TA updates and strategy alignment.Manage projects and budgets, ensuring complianceMonitors and manages assigned project budgets, ensuring accurate tracking of expenditures and adherence to Grifols’ financial processes and compliance requirements.Work InteractionsClose cooperation with key influencers in the respective areas.Strategic partner of global marketing and the SIO.Close cooperation and strategic partner with commercial.Who you areTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions).Education:University degree in Biology, Biomedicine, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy or Medicine. PhD, MD or PharmD with advanced knowledge in the immunology/neurology scientific field is preferred.Experience:At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in the pharma industry preferably. Solid knowledge of medical/pharmaceutical basics with highest ethical standards.
