As a Global Medical Affairs Manager , the main purpose of your role will be to build partnerships with external healthcare professionals and with internal stakeholders, to communicate evidence based critical scientific, technical and development information relating to Grifols biopharma products and therapeutic areas. Execute Global Medical Affairs Plan Executes and participates in the development of global medical affairs plans, guided by senior colleague. ~ Responsible for knowledge management in his/her respective area, acting as a subject matter expert, participating in internal education, preparing medical content and writing summaries when needed. Coordinates congress planning, organizes F2F KOL meetings, and prepares congress reports. Disseminate data to medical community and other key stakeholders Contributes to scientific publications generated from Grifols MA projects or studies (including abstract writing or revision of manuscripts). Reviews the accuracy of medical content in global marketing materials. Support Medical Affairs research programs such as global ISRs, RWE, NIS, Scientific Awards and research grants, following internal processes, guided by senior colleagues. ~ Collaborates with cross functional teams within the Scientific Innovation Office (SIO). Support commercial activities with subject matter expertise. Provide medical input in the development of value dossiers or other materials requested for reimbursement/market access support. Manage projects and budgets, ensuring compliance Monitors and manages assigned project budgets, ensuring accurate tracking of expenditures and adherence to Grifols’ financial processes and compliance requirements. Close cooperation with key influencers in the respective areas. Strategic partner of global marketing and the SIO. Close cooperation and strategic partner with commercial. University degree in Biology, Biomedicine, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy or Medicine. PhD, MD or PharmD with advanced knowledge in the immunology/neurology scientific field is preferred. ~ Scientific understanding (literature, clinical and basic research etc.) ~ Good English language skills (spoken and written) Hybrid Model Monday-Thursday 7-10 to 16-19h and Friday 8-15h (with the same flexible start time).
