Our innovation‑first culture and commitment to clinical excellence have made us the world’s leading 3D printing company in the dental space.Department:MarketingLocation:EMEA-SpainRole ExpectationsDriving brand consistency across all channels—digital, print, events, and social media.Crafting strategic communication plans that align with business objectives and global marketing priorities.Managing public relations and media outreach, ensuring positive brand perception and timely responses during crises.Supporting strategic partnerships with Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) and group practices, which are critical for scaling Align’s digital platform.Clear communication during organizational changes, helping employees understand new structures and priorities.Development of toolkits and FAQs for managers to cascade consistent messages, which is vital during restructuring or product launches.Support omnichannel campaigns to ensure cohesive messaging across all touchpoints, improving customer experience and loyalty.What We're Looking For6-10 years marketing and marketing communications, digital and social media, marketing or communications planning experienceBachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing/businessMinimum 3+ years of experience with enterprise CRM and multichannel marketing hubs – Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferredStrong communication (writing, oral, & presentation) and analytical skillsStrong project management skillsMust be able to communicate effectively with internal and external key partnersThrives in a fast‑paced, high growth global matrix environmentAble to build effective working relationships with diverse business functions within the region and globally such as Marketing, Sales, Consumer, Finance, IT, Human Resources, Legal, Project Management, etc.Marketing experience in the medical device industry preferredFluency in English mandatoryFluency in other relevant European languages highly beneficialComplementary SkillsA collaborative mindset and ability to work cross‑functionally across global teams.Analytical acumen to interpret data and drive performance.Agility to adapt strategies in a fast‑evolving market.Passion for advancing clinical excellence and digital transformation.ImpactProtect brand reputation during crises and maintain trust.
