This role drives revenue growth by managing high-performing teams as well as contributing as an Individual Contributor. The team will be focused on generating and converting leads into valuable PayPal merchants. The Manager will be critical in shaping sales strategy, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and supporting the IS team to deliver an exceptional experience for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).Essential ResponsibilitiesInfluence the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of sales processes and programs.Collaborate with internal teams to implement best practices and drive improvements.Work outside of defined processes to determine appropriate actions and solutions.Analyze customer needs and present tailored solutions to drive sales growth.Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting on pipeline status and revenue forecasts.Minimum QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Work Model and BenefitsPayPal’s balanced hybrid work model offers 3 days in the office and 2 days at your choice of PayPal office or home workspace.We have great benefits including a flexible work environment, employee share options, health and life insurance, and more.
