To support this engagement, we are seeking a Cloud Contact Centre Developer to join our team and work hands-on within Agile delivery squads on a high-impact client project.This role offers the opportunity to work with modern AWS technologies, contribute to large‐scale customer interaction systems, and grow your expertise while being supported by a collaborative consulting environment.What you'll be working onYou will help design, build, and improve cloud contact centre solutions using Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, and AWS Lambda (Python). The platform integrates with internal and third‐party systems and leverages core AWS services such as Dynamo DB, Kinesis, and API Gateway.You'll be involved in both transformation initiatives and ongoing platform evolution, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices.Your responsibilitiesDevelop AWS Lambda functions in Python to support contact centre capabilitiesDesign and enhance Amazon Connect Contact Flows and Amazon Lex botsBuild and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Cloud Formation and SAM CLIWork across the full software delivery lifecycle, including CI/CD and Git workflowsCollaborate closely with client teams as part of Agile squadsEnsure solutions meet security, quality, and industry compliance standardsWhat we're looking for2+ years of experience as a developer in cloud‐based environmentsStrong Python development skills (mandatory)Hands‐on experience with AWS, particularly Lambda and Amazon ConnectUnderstanding of SDLC, cloud fundamentals, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as CodeExposure to Java and/or Java ScriptStrong English communication skills, both xsgfvud written and spokenNice to haveAWS certification(s)Experience with contact centre platforms or IVR systemsFamiliarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), JIRA, and ConfluenceExposure to AI or conversational technologiesWhy join usWork on complex, real‐world client platforms used at enterprise scaleGain exposure to cutting‐edge cloud and contact centre technologiesBe part of a consulting team that invests in learning, collaboration, and growthDevelop your career while working across high‐visibility client engagementsQualificationsUniversity degree in a technology‐related field, preferably Computer Science
