You will work on complex issues (often 3rd line) that come in from the software development department of our customers. The work includes the maintenance and improvement of Azure resources within the Azure subscription of our customers. To make sure your job stays versatile, we made sure you weeks contains room for planned and unplanned work. This way you have the time focus on the more complex issues when necessary and enjoy the diversity of the unplanned issues.You tasks will include:Resolve medium to complex incidents and perform root cause analysisAct as an escalation point for junior engineers and customer care teamsProactively identify and remediate recurring issuesEnhance monitoring configurations and address performance bottlenecksParticipate in on-call and escalation duty rotationsParticipate in team learning sessions, technical discussions, and Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)Perform health checks and performance assessments of Azure environmentsCreate and review customer insight and operational reportsPrepare and lead operational review meetings with customersMaintain and continuously improve documentation for configurations, processes, and incident resolutionsIdentify trends and provide proactive recommendations to improve customer environments and ways of workingAbout us:Digitization has fundamentally changed our world and technology now plays an unavoidable role in our daily lives.
