Our company operates in over 88 countries, working with international clients across various industries.As part of our company in Spain, with over 4,700 employees across 10 sites, we are looking for a creative, data-driven Campaign Specialist to join our team.Purpose of the Role:In this role, you will collaborate with an assigned portfolio of new clients to help them develop their first online advertising campaigns. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on their business growth. This position is target-driven, and you will work towards individual goals while being part of a larger onboarding team.Responsibilities:Act as a trusted consultant to onboard and develop PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns.Identify and understand customer needs and objectives.Manage and increase client spend, upsell services, and ensure sustainability of campaigns.Handle a high volume of potential clients daily via phone calls and other communication channels.Preferred Skills and Experience:BA/BS degree or equivalent (MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus).1-2 years of work experience in sales and/or online advertising.Strong motivation to meet or exceed productivity, sustainability, and customer satisfaction targets.Excellent verbal and written communication skills for pitching and composing compelling proposals.Good time management skills, with the ability to organize your day effectively.Strong analytical skills.Client-focused with a keen interest in customer interaction and ownership of business goals.A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.Native level of Danish.High level of English.Full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday).Hybrid working model based in Barcelona.Salary: 23,876.19 gross/year + up to 3,408 gross/year in bonuses.Referral Program: Bring a Friend and receive a referral fee (up to 2,000 depending on language/project).Permanent contract.Relocation package including:Flight ticket.Taxi from the airport to your new accommodation in Spain.Accommodation: A nice individual studio.Support with private health insurance.3 weeks of intensive training on products and specific sales strategies.Employment with a leading global contact center services provider.Excellent work environment, with great colleagues, social arrangements, and personal development opportunities. xsgfvud Office location near the sea at the World Trade Center in Barcelona.#J-18808-Ljbffr
