You will communicate with director level and above prospects to understand business needs, key initiatives, budget and approval processes. Lead Qualification Specialists also facilitate proper lead transition to internal Account Executives to ensure a world class client experience.What you will doQuickly engage with inbound leads from to capitalize on prospect’s interest in GartnerAssist in creating campaigns, recommendations, and business cases which will accelerate the sales opportunity and drive growth for the Become a Client ChannelExecute email outreach utilizing campaign management tools, and make outbound calls to enrich prospect information and experience by understanding:Lead profile, Key initiatives, challenges, and most critical prioritiesUtilize internal tools and work with Territory Management team to route leads appropriatelyDeliver a summary of the opportunity and background of client needs/expectations with the aligned business partnersCoordinate and partner with sales executives to progress leads and opportunities throughout the sales cycleLeverage internal CRM and engagement platforms to track opportunities and completed salesContinuous professional development through world class training, sales coaching, and mentorship with access to industry leading research and thought leadershipAbility for career growth within the team – Professional mentorships, continuous coaching, and upward mobility for high performersWhat you will needBachelor’s Degree is preferred1-2 years of business experience - experience in the information technology space is a plusTelephone Sales and persuasiveness skillsProject management skillsComputer skills with working knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word and Excel)Strong will to win and executive presenceDemonstrate written and verbal communication skillsWhat you will getPrivate Medical and Dental Insurance, Parental/Family Leave, Meal Card Program, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and moreCollaborative, team-oriented culture that embraces diversityProfessional development and unlimited growth opportunitiesWho are we?At Gartner, Inc.
