This position is part of a globally acting HR functional and technical support team that offers guidance and support for global HR IT template solutions. It acts as a central point of contact for the HR community around the world, using the global HR solutions and delivering support and project work related to SAP SuccessFactors on the Employee Central, Recruiting and Onboarding modules.No deje pasar esta oportunidad, inscríbase rápidamente si su experiencia y habilidades coinciden con lo que se indica en la siguiente descripción.ResponsibilitiesAct as the single point of contact for the HR community worldwide for functional and technical support of global HR IT template solutions.Resolve most received support requests independently, forwarding tickets to the internal or external application management team where required.Execute recurring service requests such as mass uploads, maintenance of global data fields or business structure.Support product and user adoption of global HR IT template solutions.Contribute to project work related to global HR IT template solutions.Act as the product manager for SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.Collaborate with the internal or external application management team on new releases, making recommendations to the HR community on how to best utilize existing and upcoming system functionalities to best support HR business processes.QualificationsDegree in business administration, computer science or equivalent business experience.3+ years proven experience in a support organization for SAP SuccessFactors.Strong functional expertise of SAP SuccessFactors.Technical experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Onboarding; desirable experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.Consulting experience or mindset with the ability to effectively collaborate with business and IT partners and foster strong relationships to aid successful project delivery.Experience managing stakeholders in a multi‑cultural global environment.Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory (B2).A proactive, flexible and independent working style with limited guidance and the ability to perform tasks to a high degree of accuracy.A dynamic personality and confidence in ambiguous situations.A team player with a collaborative and pragmatic style, strong analytical and strategic skills.BenefitsSecure job and salary – permanent contract in a technically exciting, stable, and sustainable industry with an attractive compensation package.Social benefits and an attractive work calendar.Teamwork & safety – an open, transparent, and value‑oriented culture. xsgfvud Individualized training plan from your very first day.TK Elevator is a company with an open, transparent culture that focuses on the people who make it up.
