And you’ll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion.Key job responsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Develop comprehensive vision and goals for Data Center Operations across the Spain regionTeam Development: Recruit, mentor, and cultivate high-performing data center management teamsOperational Excellence: Optimize existing data center processes and implement innovative improvement strategiesInfrastructure Management: Oversee maintenance of current data centers and support expansion of new facilitiesPerformance Optimization: Establish clear performance metrics, track progress, and drive continuous improvement initiativesBasic QualificationsExtensive experience managing large-scale technological servicesDemonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teamsProven ability to deliver complex technological projectsFluent communication skills in EnglishTechnical understanding of data center infrastructurePreferred QualificationsAdvanced knowledge of network scaling and hardware systemsExperience in data center operationsAdvanced degree in technology, engineering, or business managementDeep understanding of server and network infrastructureAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
