The role is designed for fresh graduates who want to learn about cloud-based software solutions and technical consulting (no coding skills required). You will develop technical and soft skills, become familiar with Veeva applications, and gain knowledge of the Life Sciences industry while growing into a subject matter expert.You will work on cross-European projects with a diverse team and gain exposure to one of the fastest-growing cloud software companies serving some of the world’s largest organizations. The program offers workshops, mentors, career path planning, and on-the-job learning.Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in Spain. Veeva is unable to provide sponsorship for employment visas for this position.What You'll DoWork as part of a project team and collaborate with experienced Senior Consultants and Project ManagersLearn technical consulting, software solution design, industry business processes, and project management skillsParticipate in business process discovery workshops with customers, gather requirements, and support fit/gap analysisConfigure (tailor) Veeva products to match customer needs under the guidance of Solution ArchitectsAssist with building and testing the solution, training customers, and final deploymentCreate documentation of system requirements and design to support successful implementationsExplain solutions to a variety of audiences and provide subject matter expertise on Veeva applications and technical designGuide customer project teams to apply business and technical best practicesRequirementsMaximum up to 2 years of work experience (after university)University Degree (BA, BS, or BBA) with strong academic performanceAlternative pathways accepted if you have equivalent skills gained through work experience or self-studyFluent in EnglishWillingness to travel up to 20-30% of the timeAbility to manage time in person and remotely, prioritize and meet deadlinesDesire to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProven analytical skillsAbility to translate business and technical concepts into potential solution designsInterest and/or experience with software to improve processesExperience with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)Nice to HaveFluency in another European language (Spanish, German, Italian)Degree in Business/Management Information Systems, Software Engineering, Biomed/Biochem Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related fieldInternship or experience with a pharma companyCommunity involvement or leadership experienceTeaching experience (tutor, classroom assistant/TA)Programming experience or knowledge of relational databasesPerks & BenefitsHealth & wellness programsCharitable Gift Contribution ProgramAdditional InformationVeeva’s headquarters are in the San Francisco Bay Area with offices in more than 15 countries.
