We have a passionate and multicultural team of 180+ employees located across our European offices in London (corporate headquarters), Paris, Grenoble, Milan, Hamburg and Madrid.Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Partnership Manager.In this role, you will be responsible for managing opportunities throughout the whole life cycle, from prospecting, identifying, securing, and eventually managing partnerships with merchants to drive high-quality traffic to their sites.The ideal candidate has some exposure to business development or account management, preferably within affiliate marketing, ecommerce, or digital marketing, and is eager to deepen their understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem.ResponsibilitiesSupport Merchant Acquisition:Assist in identifying and onboarding new merchants, contributing to strategies that drive growth and maintain a healthy pipeline.Relationship Support:Help build and maintain positive relationships with current and potential merchants and agencies, supporting long-term partnership goals.Campaign Performance Support:Monitor campaign performance, help implement improvements, and learn to optimise results under guidance.Reporting Assistance:Assist in preparing reports on partner performance and provide basic insights for growth and improvement.Compliance and Quality Support:Ensure partners follow platform standards, quality measures and regulatory guidelines, with supervision as needed.Market Research Assistance:Support analysis of market trends and help identify potential partnership opportunities.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (or currently completing the last year)Up to 2 years of experience (including internships, part-time roles or academic projects) in business development, partnerships, digital marketing or similar areasInterest in performance marketing concepts (CPA, CPC, optimisation) and a willingness to learn analytical tools.Strong communication skills and interest in building relationships with partnersAnalytical mindset and willingness to work with data and performance metricsProactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to support ongoing projects in a collaborative environmentGood command of Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus. xsgfvud Personal CompetenciesGood communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partnersTeam player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learnCommercially minded with high level of attention to detailCurious and able to think analytically when assessing informationComfortable supporting colleagues and contributing to shared goalsAble to stay organised and deliver quality work in a dynamic environmentApproaches challenges and disagreements with a positive, solution-oriented mindsetKelkoo BenefitsA supporting, fun & friendly team of hard‑working peopleAmazing coworking in Madrid where you'll be based on a hybrid basis23 days holiday per year plus Bank HolidaysQuarterly team socialsExpand your holiday or your horizons and work abroad for 2 weeks each yearMatched contribution pension scheme to look after future youPrivate Medical InsuranceMeal vouchers (Ticket Restaurant)Don’t worry if you don’t fulfil all the criteria, believe in yourself and apply – you may be the bestSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typePart‑timeJob functionBusiness Development and SalesIndustriesTechnology, Information and InternetReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Kelkoo Group by 2x.Location: Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain#J-18808-Ljbffr
