Presente en más de 40 países y con 40.000 canales de video vendidos en todo el mundo; estando a la vanguardia del análisis de vídeo desde 2005.Maximice sus posibilidades de que su candidatura sea seleccionada asegurándose de que su CV y sus habilidades se ajustan al perfil.We are currently looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Bellaterra (Barcelona).In this key role, you will be the direct link with our customers, providing specialized technical support and ensuring the proper operation of our AI-based intelligent video surveillance solutions, both in Spain and internationally.Your mission will be to guarantee an exceptional customer experience by resolving incidents, providing assistance with system configuration and maintenance, and collaborating with other teams to continuously improve our services.Requirements:Technical studies in Computer Science or related fields (University degree or Vocational Training).Knowledge of IT systems, networks, and technical support.Knowledge of Active Directory is a plus.English level: B2 or C1.Experience or interest in telephone-based customer support.Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.Ofrecen: Un salario competitivo: 20-30k€ brutos/año a negociar en función de experiencia contrastada.Un ambiente de trabajo dinámico y de colaboración.Oportunidad de carrera desafiante y gratificante.Plan de formación y desarrollo profesional en una empresa líder en inteligencia artificial.Trabajo presencial a tiempo completo con horarios de trabajo flexibles.Días disponibles para trabajar desde casa (15 días/año). xsgfvud Contrato indefinido.
