We have an exciting opportunity to ensure our teams follow Scrum practices and principles, driving high-performance delivery in a collaborative, international setting.We are looking for a Scrum MasterAn experienced professional who can facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and promote continuous improvement across squads while maintaining clear communication with Product Owners and stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesLead all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Refinements.Identify and remove blockers affecting team progress (access requests, test users, bug follow-up, cross-team dependencies).Ensure clear communication between the team, Product Owner, and stakeholders; organize meetings when needed.Maintain delivery governance: ensure Jira tickets are updated, prioritized, and aligned with dependencies.Participate in Scrum of Scrums to coordinate cross-team dependencies and contribute to process improvements.Skills & KnowledgeExcellent facilitation and coaching skills to support Agile adoption and continuous improvement.Strong problem-solving skills to efficiently identify and remove blockers.Ability to foster collaboration within squads and across teams.Organizational and analytical mindset to track progress, priorities, and dependencies.Proactive attitude, ownership, and ability to maintain focus on team performance and outcomes.Key RequirementsProven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.Strong understanding of Scrum principles and experience facilitating core ceremonies.Experience managing workflows and backlogs in Jira.Ability to manage team capacity, prepare sprint planning inputs, and monitor delivery execution.Fluent in English (C1) with strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction.Location & DetailsLocation:100% RemoteLanguages: English C1What we offer€1,200 annual training budget (events, books, certifications…).Monthly follow-ups for continuous feedback and growth.Full remote work and flexible schedule for work–life balance.Private health insurance fully paid by Capitole.Flexible compensation: restaurant, transport, kindergarten.WellHub (Gymforless).Discounts in major brands through Club Capitole.And of course… our communityTeam Buildings every two months — you can’t miss our summer party or Christmas dinnerCapitole’s official football team.Active tech communities to share ideas and learn across teams.And most importantly… an amazing team waiting for youInformation Security NoticeThe employee will have access to confidential information related to Capitole and ongoing projects. xsgfvud Must comply with company and client security policies.Must sign an NDA.
