Scrum Master & Agile Support – SuperSquad IAA T-IBD Datacenter

Role Summary

We are looking for a Scrum Master to facilitate agile practices and support the SuperSquad team in delivering high-quality solutions. This role focuses on enabling team collaboration, removing impediments, and fostering an agile mindset across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies : Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospective.
- Remove impediments and support the team’s self-organization .
- Coach the team in agile practices and foster continuous improvement.
- Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement and prioritization.
- Ensure transparency of goals, progress, and quality standards.
- Encourage and promote an agile mindset within the team and the organization.

Qualifications

Scrum Master – Key Skills

Must-Have Skills

- Proficient German language skills .
- Experience with Jira .
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies .
- Proven experience in agile team coaching .
- Excellent communication and moderation skills .
- Ability to remove impediments and foster team self-organization .
- Servant leadership mindset .

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Solid understanding of software development processes .
- Experience in scaled agile environments (e.g., SAFe).
- Background in application development or software engineering .
