Mission: Ensure financial sustainability and scalability by leading and executing financial strategy with a long-term vision and driving efficiency Key responsibilities: Financial Strategy & Leadership Define and implement theglobalfi nancial strategyaligned with our growth goals. Business Partnering & Scalability Collaborate closely with product, marketing, operations, and growth teams to guide strategic decisions with a focus on financial impact, efficiency, and return on investment. Evaluatenew business lines, markets, partnerships, and growthopportunities from a financial perspective. Optimisecost structures , automate processes, and professionalise financial management. Financial Operations & Controls Oversee the settlement and reconciliation process with insurance carriers, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory standards. Manage monthly financial reconciliation and settlements with strategic partners. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and applicable financial regulations. Develop a strong fi nancial and operational risk management framework . Upholdintegrity, ethics, and transparencyacross all finance-related functions. Requirements : 5+ years of experience in senior finance roles, ideally withinscaleups, insurtechs, or digital- fi rst companies . Proven track record incorporatefi nance, accounting,fi nancial analysis, and strategic planning . Experience infast-paced, high-growth environments . Fluency inEnglish(additional languages a plus). Analytical, proactive, and collaborative mindset with aglobal outlook . Ability to lead through uncertainty andbuild high-performingfi nance teams. Schedule : Full Time Flexible hours (7.5 hours a day). 100% Remote (with the possibility of coming to the office if you wish, located in Barcelona).
