As seniority grows, the role expands to strategic site leadership and stakeholder management.As Site Manager your main functions/tasks will be:Define the installation plan of the project.Organization of all activities related to the 'works on site' phase.Ensure the execution of the work according to the sequence defined in the planning.Advise and participate in the Budget process of the execution phase and hiring of subcontractors.Budget control for all activities related to the installation phaseCoordinate execution times with the client and subcontractors.Lead and manage the interaction of jobs on the site.Delegate responsibility for installation to suppliers/partners.Optimum preparation for the commissioning phase of the installation.Commissioning support during the testing phase.Logistics organization of the teams on site.Creation and management of site documentation and reporting of site management plans.Management and control of internal processes.Ensure Health and Safety requirements.How should your profile be?Advanced vocational education in a technical specialty such as Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering or TechnicianMinimum 2 years previous experience as Site ManagerBasic knowledge of 2D/3D CAD programs (Autocad, Solidworks, etc.).Knowledge of MS Office programsPreferable experience in automated warehouses, airport and/or in the logistics sectorStrong communication skills and a creative approach to building professional relationships with clients.Ability to work within an international work environment, especially working within a project organizationFluency in English and French (minimum B2 level), both verbal and written. xsgfvud Knowledge of additional languages such as Spanish, Italian, or German will be considered an assetAvailability to travel internationally for extended periods and willingness to be on-site up to 90% of the time.Driving license#J-18808-Ljbffr
